To create an npc you must specify:

You may also specify personality traits. This will affect the behaviours it may show, and if it is speech enabled the words it may use from an extensive database.
'Orphaned' npcs (where the creator is offline for extended periods of time or is banned) must be shut down and preserved to save server space in the 'cryogenics' centre in the Magical World. This is so that the npc might be reactivated when the player returns.
Moderator approval may take up to one week and npcs must be collected from the Admin headquarters in the Commercial World upon completion.
